Fitness in the Upper Cumberland

The Putnam County Family YMCA is a full-service community fitness and recreation center on Raider Dr in Cookeville, serving families across Putnam County since 1969. With an indoor pool, a full fitness center, sauna, aerobics center, group fitness classes, child watch services, outdoor fields, and multi-purpose rooms, it's the most comprehensive community fitness facility in the Upper Cumberland. Part of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, membership is structured to be accessible for the whole community, individuals, families, and seniors alike.
