Big Band Sound Orchestra - August 24
The Big Band Sound Orchestra returns to Dogwood Park for a free evening of swing and big-band favorites. The show begins at 7:30 PM at the Performance Pavilion; bring a chair or blanket. The concession stand and restrooms will be open.

Fall Gardeners' Festival
The University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and Cumberland County Master Gardeners host a free day for gardeners of every skill level. Registration opens at 8 AM, followed by seminars and exhibits from 9 AM to 3 PM, plus an ask-the-expert tent, wagon tours, garden and craft vendors, and food for purchase.

Muddy Roots is an internationally recognized three-day camping music festival held near Cookeville every Labor Day weekend, bringing together roots, folk, country, and Americana acts from around the world.
