The Putnam County Family YMCA is a full-service community fitness and recreation center on Raider Dr in Cookeville, serving families across Putnam County since 1969. With an indoor pool, a full fitness center, sauna, aerobics center, group fitness classes, child watch services, outdoor fields, and multi-purpose rooms, it's the most comprehensive community fitness facility in the Upper Cumberland.
