Imagine Foundry

Imagine Foundry is at 1225 S Willow Ave. The Hip Cookeville listing says families use about 4,000 square feet of maker-lab space, with exhibits that change. Thursday is not listed in the Hip hours.

On March 5, 2026, the Herald-Citizen reported that Imagine Foundry is a children's museum on South Willow Avenue, partnered with UC Makerspace, and that its director told the city council the groups were losing that space in July and planned a move to the Cookeville Mall. The paper quoted the organizations' site describing Imagine Foundry as the children's museum side for kids and UC Makerspace as the hands-on side for teens and adults. The UC Makerspace site later said the Cookeville Mall terms were not agreed, that two other properties were being explored, and that the groups still hoped to be in a new home by the July deadline.

The Imagine Foundry membership page says eligible children are ages 24 months to 17 years in the same household, or grandchildren of the primary member in that age range, and that membership includes the Discovery Museum and Open Maker Studios. That page still lists 1225 S. Willow Ave., Ste. 103. imaginefoundry.org timed out on October 12, 2026, so current hours and whether the move happened were not confirmed.
